Complaints & Feedback

A concern deserves
a clear next step.

Raise a question about recruitment, payments, conduct, privacy or your experience with FM Associates.

What you can contact us about

Use our official contact channels to raise concerns about an application, a quoted payment, a recruitment message, a person claiming to represent FM Associates, website content or handling of personal information. You can also send suggestions about improving our service.

If an offer or payment request seems suspicious, pause further payments and document sharing while you check it. Keep the original messages and transaction records.

What to include in your first message

Use the general enquiry form and begin your message with “Complaint” or “Feedback”, followed by a short description. Provide a contact method so the team can ask follow-up questions.

  • Your name and the application or enquiry reference, if you have one.
  • The role, destination or service involved and the dates of the relevant events.
  • The name and contact channel of any person whose communication concerns you.
  • A factual summary of what happened, what has already been discussed and the outcome you are asking us to consider.

Supporting information and privacy

Keep supporting messages, receipts and documents. In the first enquiry, describe what evidence is available and ask how to supply it securely. Do not include banking passwords, PINs, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.

A complaint can involve personal information about you and others. Share only what is relevant to explaining the issue and distinguish facts you know from concerns you want checked.

Follow-up and further questions

The team may need more information to identify the relevant application, understand the concern or check a communication. Ask for acknowledgement and a reference, and use the same reference when following up.

A response timeframe depends on the issue and the checks required. This page does not promise a fixed deadline, refund, recruitment outcome or legal remedy. If you have not received a response, follow up using an alternative official contact channel published on this website.

Contacting FM Associates does not prevent you from raising an issue with a relevant authority, payment provider or independent adviser. If money has already been transferred in suspicious circumstances, contact the payment provider promptly to ask what options are available.
